Job summary

Confidential Employer. is seeking payroll professionals to manage full-cycle payroll processing for a diverse client portfolio. You will build strong client relationships, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payroll delivery across multiple accounts.

Ideal candidates have hands-on payroll experience, knowledge of taxes and regulations, and comfort handling confidential information. Remote, hybrid, or on-site options are available nationwide.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll processing experience required.
• Familiar with payroll taxes, deductions, and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Able to handle confidential information independently.
• Experience with iSolved, ADP, or similar payroll software is a plus.
• Experience supporting multiple clients and payroll tax filings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Build strong client relationships by answering payroll questions, resolving discrepancies, and providing exceptional service.
• Process employee changes, deductions, direct deposits, garnishments, bonuses, and off-cycle payrolls.
• Review and audit payroll reports, identify inconsistencies, and proactively resolve issues.
• Assist with payroll tax reporting, quarterly filings, and year-end payroll activities.
• Help clients navigate payroll software, timekeeping, PTO, and employee self-service tools.
• Collaborate with our payroll, accounting, and financial services teams to continuously improve the client experience.

Location

Fully Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.) with hybrid and on-site options available in Greenville, SC, and Anderson, SC. We welcome experienced payroll professionals nationwide!

Note

Prior hands-on payroll processing experience is required. Candidates must be based in the United States. Experience with iSolved is a plus but is not required.
