Job summary

FiberTel, LLC in Springville, UT is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support the payroll administrator by compiling and recording employee time, overtime, and drive time pay, and by posting wages and deductions. Pay: $20+, DOE.

What You'll Do includes assisting with weekly payroll processing, verifying overtime, answering payroll questions, and maintaining wage law compliance. This is an office-based role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, with strong Excel skills for data entry, formulas, and report building.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Data entry experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• 1-2 years' experience processing payroll a plus.
• Experience processing payroll in the construction industry a plus.

About this Role

FiberTel is looking for a Payroll Specialist for our Springville, UT market.

The Payroll Specialist will assist the payroll administrator in compiling and recording employee time and payroll data, including computing employees' time worked, overtime, and drive time pay. This position will compute and post wages and deductions and prepare paychecks

Working Conditions:
