Job summary

The Intersect Group in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support high-volume payroll across multiple locations. The role requires strong payroll experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.

You will process payroll, handle inquiries, administer garnishments, and troubleshoot timekeeping in UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions. The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with a pay rate up to $29 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5+ years of high-volume payroll experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage priorities independently.
• Experience with UKG Pro and/or Workforce Dimensions preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
