Job summary

Busy Season Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our client’s team in Puerto Rico. This hands-on role requires solid payroll experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

You will process weekly and bi-weekly payroll, maintain employee records in ADP, prepare payroll reports, and ensure timely payments and verifications. Knowledge of PR regulations and government reporting is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing — required.
• Proficiency in ADP — required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Administration.
• Knowledge of Puerto Rico payroll regulations and government agency reporting.
