Job summary

The LaSalle Network is seeking a payroll professional in Niles, IL to accurately process payroll for a mixed hourly and salaried workforce. This on-site role requires handling draws and commissions and supporting nearby accounting tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of payroll experience, familiarity with Paycom, and a proactive willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities. Medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) are provided.

Qualifications

• Accounting experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and assist with other tasks as needed.
• Experience with Paycom (strongly preferred).

• Process payroll for approximately 300 hourly employees and 80-100 salaried employees.
• Calculate and process payroll that includes draws and commissions.
• Support additional accounting functions during non-payroll weeks, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn.
