The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and meeting deadlines. A bachelor's degree is preferred but a high school diploma is acceptable; 2+ years of payroll or accounting experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll and/or accounting-related experience.
• Certified payroll and/or union payroll experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
• Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
