Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Honolulu seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, HR administration, and benefits coordination. Qualifications

• 3 years of payroll processing experience required.
• Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to master new software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing
  • Verify and Approve timecards through cloud-based time clock system.
  • Submit payroll hours to payroll provider
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
• HR Administration

  • Vacation and Sick Leave
• Maintain employee records in HR Portal.
• Onboarding and offboarding new hires and departing employees.
• Manage employee benefits
• Support department management in reviewing HR policies and procedures
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• TSA Record keeping, Assist with audits related to payroll and HR functions, Assist with processing TDI and workers comp claims.
