Job summary

Judit Inc in Maryland is seeking a payroll specialist to process timecards and payroll for multiple companies and address discrepancies. You will review payroll, prepare journal entries, and assist employees with questions, while adhering to internal controls.

Experience with ERP systems like Oracle is a plus. Qualifications include a high school diploma (AA preferred) and at least two years of payroll experience, with strong analytical and communication skills, plus solid computer abilities for

• Basic knowledge of payroll and accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years payroll experience preferred.
• Exposure to automated accounting and/or ERP systems, such as Oracle.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and company policies.
