Job summary

JD.com is seeking an experienced HR Operations/SSC professional to lead core employee lifecycle processes in our Chino/Fontana area. You will optimize benefits, housing fund, onboarding and mobility, and drive a centralized shared service model while partnering with vendors and authorities.

You will analyze HR data, support decision-making, and partner with tech teams to transform HR services through system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or SSC.
• Strong understanding of statutory benefits, compliance, and end-to-end HR processes.
• Proficiency in HR portal systems and data visualization tools; familiarity with automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor/stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with employees at all levels; Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

Annual Base: $84,000 - $108,000 + Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization & Standardization: Analyze HR business needs to streamline and standardize core employee lifecycle processes (e.g., social insurance/housing fund, onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and visa/mobility administration); drive the transition to a centralized shared service model.
• Business Operations & Delivery: Oversee day-to-day SSC operations, including benefits/statutory contributions management, billing, employee policy consultations, and quality audits of third‑party HR vendors.
• Data Analytics & Decision Support: Continuously monitor and analyze HR operational data and benefits metrics to extract valuable insights and support management decision‑making and HR strategy optimization.
• System Development & Digital Transformation: Partner with tech teams to assess business needs, propose system solutions, track development milestones, and promote the digital transformation of HR services.
• Team Management & External Collaboration: Lead and mentor the HR service team, build external relationships with authorities/institutions (e.g., embassies, immigration agencies), and collaborate with internal/external partners for smooth mobility and visa support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services (SSC), or related HR administration.
• Strong understanding of statutory benefits, compliance, and end‑to‑end HR process operations.
• Hands‑on experience with HR portal systems and data visualization/analytics tools; familiarity with leveraging modern efficiency/automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor/stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels (Proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred).
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
