Kisco Senior Living is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate payroll processing for over 2000 employees. The role involves multi-state payroll, compliance with tax laws, and collaboration across departments. Successful candidates will have extensive payroll experience and strong communication skills, with a competitive pay rate and excellent benefits.
Under supervision of the Payroll Supervisor, the Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the company’s payroll. In addition, they will maintain the integrity of the payroll system and process at Kisco. They will develop and monitor all tasks necessary to accomplish efficient and accurate payroll processing objectives, including relationships with Home Office and Community HR liaison as well as auditors and vendors.
