Integrity Bookkeeping LLC in Stryker, Ohio is seeking a Full Time Payroll Processor to join our team. You will process payroll for over 75 companies using Cyberpay and handle employee and employer updates, company setups, and tax rate monitoring.

Local applicants only; on-site work is required. The right candidate is detail oriented with 3+ years of payroll experience (Ohio and/or other states), experience with workers’ compensation reporting, and strong computer skills to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll (Cyberpay Payroll Program) for over 75 companies.
• Employee & Employer updates as needed.
• Setup new companies for processing.
• Monitor payroll tax rate changes, update system.
• Reconciliations - taxes, deductions, benefits, etc.
• Workers' Compensation reports and payments for multiple companies.
• OSHA reporting as needed.
• EEOC reporting.
• Filing and other office duties.
• Familiarity with Ohio Business Gateway / Ohio E-Tax preferred but not required.

Job description

Our growing firm is looking for a Full Time Payroll Processorto join our team. Our local office is in Stryker, Ohio (Northwest Ohio). Working from our Stryker office is required. Local applicants only please.

Are you detailed oriented? Do you have 3+ years of experience processing payroll (specifically within Ohio and/or other states as well)? Do you have experience with Worker's Compensation payments and reporting? Must have good computer skills and able to learn new programs.

Job Duties:

Process Payroll (Cyberpay Payroll Program) on our team for over 75 companies

Employee & Employer Updates as Needed

Setup new companies for processing

Monitor payroll tax rate changes, update system

Reconciliations - taxes, deductions, benefits, etc.

Workers Compensation Reports and payments for multiple companies, including DFSP requirements and annual True-Up Reports

OSHA reporting as needed

EEOC reporting

Filing and other office duties

Familiarity with Ohio Business Gateway / Ohio E-Tax preferred but not required

Salary dependent upon experience (approx. $48,000 - $54,000 per year, depending upon experience). Medical, dental, vision, Basic Life, AD&D, Telehealth, 401k matching contributions and profit sharing. PTO accrues per payroll (1 week per year) and 1 week vacation after 1 year of service.
