Job summary

Integrity Bookkeeping seeks a Full-Time Payroll Processor to join our team in Stryker, Ohio. Working from the Stryker office is required for local applicants only.

You should have 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably with Ohio and/or other states, and be proficient with Workers' Compensation payments and reporting. Strong computer skills and quick learning ability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience, specifically in Ohio and/or other states.
• Experience with Workers' Compensation payments and reporting.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
• Familiarity with Ohio Business Gateway / Ohio E-Tax preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll on Cyberpay for over 75 companies.
• Update employee and employer records as needed.
• Setup new companies for processing.
• Monitor payroll tax rate changes and update systems.
• Perform reconciliations of taxes, deductions, and benefits.
• Prepare Workers' Compensation reports and payments for multiple companies.
• Handle OSHA and EEOC reporting as needed.
• File and perform other office duties.

Job Description: Our growing firm is looking for a Full Time Payroll Processor to join our team. Our local office is in Stryker, Ohio (Northwest Ohio). Working from our Stryker office is required. Local applicants only please.

Are you detailed oriented? Do you have 3+ years of experience processing payroll (specifically within Ohio and/or other states as well)? Do you have experience with Worker's Compensation payments and reporting? Must have good computer skills and able to learn new programs.

Job Duties:

• Process Payroll (Cyberpay Payroll Program) on our team for over 75 companies
• Employee & Employer Updates as Needed
• Setup new companies for processing
• Monitor payroll tax rate changes, update system
• Reconciliations - taxes, deductions, benefits, etc.
• Workers Compensation Reports and payments for multiple companies, including DFSP requirements and annual True-Up Reports
• OSHA reporting as needed
• EEOC reporting
• Filing and other office duties
• Familiarity with Ohio Business Gateway / Ohio E-Tax preferred but not required

Salary and Benefits:

Salary dependent upon experience (approx. $48,000 - $54,000 per year, depending upon experience). Medical, dental, vision, Basic Life, AD&D, Telehealth, 401k matching contributions and profit sharing. PTO accrues per payroll (1 week per year) and 1 week vacation after 1 year of service.
