The Department of Social Services (DSS) comprises the administrative units of the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) and the Department of Homeless Services (DHS). HRA aims to fight poverty and income inequality by providing essential benefits such as Food Assistance and Emergency Rental Assistance. DHS works to prevent and address homelessness by employing innovative strategies to help families and individuals exit shelters and regain self-sufficiency.
Human Resources Solutions (HRS) supports the HR needs of DSS, HRA, and DHS through strategic partnerships, aiming to foster an inclusive, motivated, and client-centered workforce.
HRS is recruiting for one (1) Staff Analyst to serve as a Payroll Processing Analyst who will:

Hours/Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in relevant fields or a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; OR a bachelor's degree with two years of relevant professional experience; OR an associate degree with four years of experience; OR a high school diploma with six years of experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
