Job summary

Truity Credit Union is seeking a Payroll & People Development Coordinator to manage payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, and reporting tasks. You will support the People Development function with essential payroll processing, data analysis, and compliant HR operations.

The role involves coordinating with ADP and BalancedComp systems, preparing merit increases and ICP spreadsheets, and creating communications for recruitment and internal audiences.

Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to a degree in Human Resources or related field with 1–3 years of similar experience.
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP) and time/attendance systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain HIPAA compliance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll system: set up new employees, approve changes, monitor updates.
• Process timecards and balance hours for payroll accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding, recruitment communications, and training support.
