Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with payroll or related experience.
• Experience with Workday Payroll and timekeeping systems.

• Excellent communication with employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Process ACU’s scheduled payroll cycles accurately and on time.
• Monitor time-entry, absences, overtime, and payroll exceptions.
• Process employee changes affecting pay with proper authorization.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and support audits.
• Respond to payroll questions and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, and other departments.
