RTX is seeking a Payroll Operations Analyst – Benefits Processing to serve as the subject‑matter expert for benefits deductions and payroll actions across multiple RTX units. This role serves as a subject matter expert responsible for executing and overseeing payroll actions across multiple RTX business units, including Raytheon, Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Corporate. The analyst ensures accurate calculations, validation, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance for all benefits deductions. The role applies federal regulations (e.g., USERRA), SOX controls, union CBAs, and RTX policies while conducting detailed reviews and resolving escalated cases. This position partners with Leave of Absence, Payroll Operations, Time & Labor, Human Resources, Total Rewards, Vendor Partners, and business unit stakeholders to ensure timely, precise, and audit-ready payroll transaction processing across the enterprise.
This is a hybrid role. Eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Farmington, CT. The role involves a mix of onsite and offsite work with the time onsite determined in partnership with your leader. Some interview steps may be conducted in-person at one of our office locations.
