Responsibilities

• Manage accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3+ payroll professionals.
• Serve as a payroll subject matter expert for tax compliance, audits, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance on payroll and general ledger activities.
• Review and improve payroll processes, internal controls, and workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
