Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years of professional payroll experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of USFR and GAAP.
• Experience with federal and state payroll laws.
• Proficient in word processing, databases and spreadsheets.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and manage payroll and compensation programs.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and applicable regulations.
• Oversee accurate and complete payroll processing.
• Interpret and implement payroll initiatives and changes.
