Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• CPP or FPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish payroll governance, SOPs, and internal controls across US entities.
• Oversee weekly/biweekly payroll processing with timeliness and accuracy.
• Manage payroll vendor relationships and system configurations.
• Monitor federal, state, and local payroll regulations and implement timely changes.
• Collaborate with Compensation, HRIS, Benefits, Finance, and Accounting on workflows.
