Job description

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants ownership over a large, complex, unionized payroll operation rather than just processing checks. You'll run weekly payroll for 4,000 employees across 400+ client building service accounts, manage a team of 6 coordinators, and be the go-to authority on union compliance, garnishments, and benefit remittance. The role requires close coordination with both clients and property management staff, and demands strong knowledge of FLSA, NYS Wage & Hour law, and local union requirements.
