Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Payroll Manager to own payroll for about 1,200 employees across multiple states and divisions. This on-site role in downtown Mobile requires running weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly cycles while ensuring federal, state, and local compliance.

You will lead a two-person team plus interns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Oracle and

• 5+ years of payroll experience required.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Oracle and Paylocity experiencestrongly preferred
• Comfort juggling multiple pay frequencies
• Payroll team management experience required
