Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC in Mobile, AL is seeking a Payroll Leader to own payroll for about 1,200 employees across multiple states and divisions. You will run weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly cycles accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will lead a two-person team plus interns, maintain precise payroll records, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Oracle and Paylocity experience.
• Comfort juggling multiple pay frequencies.
