Job description

The Manager Payroll Operations is responsible for overseeing all payroll operations across multiple U.S. entities, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing. This position covers weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly pay cycles. The Payroll Manager collaborates closely with HR, Accounting, and external vendors to maintain data integrity, optimize processes, and provide exceptional service to employees.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Manage and process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for U.S. employees-including hourly, salaried, temporary, and expatriate employees-across all entities.
• Ensure payrolls comply with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
• Review and approve payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, retro payments, bonuses, and commissions.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, including garnishments, tax withholdings, benefit deductions, and timekeeping data.
