We're partnering with a growing, multi-location organization to identify a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across a complex, multi-state environment. This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance, managing a small team, and partnering closely with HR and Finance. The individual would be handing employees across multiple entities and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a large, multi-state workforce
• Lead and develop a small payroll team
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal and state regulations
• Partner with HR, Accounting, and leadership on payroll-related initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
• Support future payroll technology enhancements and potential system implementations

Ideal Background:
