Job summary

ADP is hiring a Payroll Implementation Consultant to carry the ADP relationship forward after a sale and guide mid-sized business clients through ADP's payroll and HR solutions. You will ensure clients are comfortable using our products, learning their business needs, and driving the best solutions for their unique needs.

You will work with clients to analyze systems, interfaces, and processes, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in client service or systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients with exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement ADP technologies by consulting with clients and analyzing systems and processes.
• Partner internally with ADP sales and customer service teams and exchange routine information with the client project team.
• Multi-task on multiple time-sensitive projects and share essential information with clients and ADP teams.
• Maintain a daily schedule and handle a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

• Onboard Clients.You'll create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.You'll help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease through your expertise and relationship-building.
• ImplementADP Technologies.To deliver a comprehensive ADP solution, you will consult with clients and analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.You willincorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommendingand implementingtheADP solution.
• Partner Internally.Youwillcollaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer serviceandexchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness,andissues as they arise.
• Multi-Task & Communicate.Youwill work onmultiple time-sensitiveprojects andfollow-upitemsat the same time.Youwillshare essential informationwith clients andthe teams you work with at ADP.
• Youadhere to a daily schedule and organize yourselfto deal with a high volume ofinbound calls.Daily phonetimemay increaseduring peakseasons,like at the close of thecalendaryear.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1 to 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment or systems integration environment
• Basic project management skills
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.Other acceptable experiencescould include:

• Experience noted above OR
• Military experience where skills include teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred but not required.
• Workforce Now experience/knowledge highly preferred.
• Implementation experience highly preferred.
• Payroll knowledge including payroll skills for processing Client payrolls.
• Accuracy and dependability important since errors or omissions can directly impact Client associate paychecks, and errors in reporting can also lead to penalty and interest payments for ADP.
• Basic knowledge of payroll tax principles and wage and hour laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems through effective customer interface and communication.
• Able to work under time constraints to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Excellent Professional Customer Service Skills.
• Strong Organizational Skills.
• Strong Process and documentation skills.
• Strong Research Skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel Proficiency in using PC.
