Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Minimum years of payroll and HRIS experience as specified.
• CPP certification or eligible within 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead biweekly payroll processing and related cycles.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax regulations, and year-end filings.
• Serve as UKG Payroll and HRIS System Administrator.
• Manage UKG modules: Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting/Onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll and HRIS processes.
• Develop UKG BI reports, dashboards, and alerts.
• Maintain payroll controls and support audits.
• Supervise payroll staff and provide training.
• Partner with HR, Finance and other departments on payroll/HRIS needs.
• Provide training and ongoing support to employees and managers.
