Job summary

medmix is hiring a Payroll & HR Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and HR operations at our Atlanta and Salem sites. You will ensure payroll accuracy, comply with federal and state laws, and support onboarding, records management, and benefits administration.

The role requires 2–5 years in payroll processing, benefits, and HR support, with knowledge of ADP, SAP, or Cornerstone and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR support.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations (FLSA, tax compliance, etc.).
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP, SAP, Cornerstone).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll (weekly/biweekly) for hourly and salaried employees.
• Administer benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.).
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and support onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate with finance for payroll reconciliation and audits.
• Support HR reporting and compliance with laws and policies.
