Job summary

You will lead day-to-day payroll and HR tasks, implement policies, manage benefits, compliance, and recruitment, and collaborate with department heads.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience
• Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience
• Minimum of 2 years of fast-paced customer experience
• Experience with ADP payroll systems
• Experience in a shared service environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations for ~130 employees
• Manage HR records including benefits, hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations
• Recruitment, background checks, and new-hire orientation
• Administer leaves (PDL, FMLA, CFRA, workers' comp) and coordinate benefits
• Maintain personnel files and I-9 records
• Support disciplinary actions and resolve employee grievances
• Ensure OSHA record-keeping and compliance
