Qualifications

• 1–3 years of payroll and/or HR experience.
• Experience with Paycom or a comparable payroll/HRIS.
• Experience administering employee benefits.
• Working knowledge of FMLA and employment compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll for the company on schedule.
• Review payroll information for accuracy, including changes and deductions.
• Verify payroll calculations, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Maintain payroll records and reconciliations; assist year-end activities.
• Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate FMLA processes, notices, tracking, and return-to-work.
• Maintain confidential HR and payroll records.
• Support government reporting and wage/workforce surveys.
