Job summary

PPS is hiring for an onsite HCM/Payroll & Client Representative in Warrendale. You will serve as the primary client contact, guiding payroll processing, tax filing, and compliance queries in our PrismHR platform.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of payroll experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and excellent communication. You will collaborate with internal teams and participate in client meetings to strengthen relationships.

• Detail-driven, deadline-conscious, and able to manage multiple client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions (new hires, terminations, deductions, garnishments, etc.).
• Generate and maintain reports for internal and client-facing use.
• Import and manipulate client data with precision.
• Meet company response and resolution timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to relationship-building activities.

• Guide clients through payroll processing, tax filing, and compliance questions
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions (including new hires, terminations, deductions, garnishments, etc.)
• Generate and maintain reports for internal and client-facing use
• Import and manipulate client data with precision
• Meet company response and resolution timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to collaborate and resolve complex client issues
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to relationship-building activities

Who You Are:

• A client-focused professional with 3-5 years of payroll experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• A problem-solver with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
