Job summary

INDEX Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in Indiana. The role owns bi-weekly payroll and supports labor accounting, benefits billing, expenses, commissions, and financial reporting.

You will resolve payroll discrepancies, audit invoices, and collaborate with HR, Accounting, and Finance to keep data accurate and processes efficient. A strong eye for detail and 4+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Experience processing payroll through an HRIS or payroll system.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Payroll & Finance Analyst will take ownership of bi-weekly payroll while also supporting labor accounting, benefit and insurance billing, employee expenses, commissions, and financial reporting.
