Supports payroll readiness by ensuring accurate collection, review, and preparation of time and pay data for craft and administrative employees within assigned business units. Reviews timekeeping entries for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies, union agreements, and wage and hour requirements. Serves as a primary local resource for payroll-related inquiries and timekeeping guidance. Coordinates with Shared Services Payroll and People Practices to support compliant payroll processing and issue resolution. Contributes to consistent payroll operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
2-4 years of experience in payroll processing, timekeeping administration, or a related field required.
Experience supporting multi-state payroll environments, union agreements, or construction payroll practices preferred.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred.
