CLA is seeking a Payroll Director to lead the Outsourcing payroll team. You will oversee payroll processing, tax registrations, and quarterly filings, while developing policies to ensure accurate, efficient client service.

The role requires guiding analysts, managing client relationships, and driving proactive process improvements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of payroll experience with 2+ years in leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and a background in business, accounting, or HR.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Combination of experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• PHR, SPHR or CPP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee payroll processing and review the work of payroll analysts.
• Oversee state tax registrations and quarterly tax filings for payroll clients.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient client experiences.
• Manage client relationships and act as escalation point as needed; lead client setup and conversions.
