Qualifications

• Operational experience is a plus.
• Experience interacting with external clients and internal business partners.
• Proven interpersonal and project management skills.
• Understanding payroll/data file structures and identifying date issues/irregularities.
• Strong reputation for credibility and trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Flexible to work under management, collaborative or independent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new incoming/outgoing payroll data feeds for assigned clients/vendors.
• Elicit and collect business requirements; assist in solution creation, testing and enablement.
• Support end-to-end project goals within the workgroup.
