Job summary

Fidelity seeks a Data Exchange Consultant to join the Data Exchange Implementation Team in Covington, KY. The role coordinates payroll data feeds to and from clients and vendors, gathers business requirements, and supports solution creation, testing, and enablement.

As part of the team, you will help achieve end-to-end project goals within the designated workgroup, communicating clearly with stakeholders and balancing multiple priorities in a collaborative or independent setting.

Qualifications

• Operational experience is a plus.
• Experience interacting with external clients and internal partners.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Ability to build credibility with diverse stakeholders.
