The role involves auditing teen enrollment, correcting SSNs, handling timesheet data, updating payroll records for new hires/terminations, and distributing pay status reports for staff and teens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of related work experience (data manipulation or payroll) required.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, sorting/filtering) is required.
• Cook County residency required.

Responsibilities

• Audit teen enrollment and attendance data in preparation for payroll.
• Run reports and manipulate data to verify SSNs and correct duplicates.
• Audit instructor timesheet data and correct timesheet details.
• Make payroll system changes for hires, rehires, terminations, and transfers.
• Enroll teens in preferred payment methods by uploading direct deposit data.
• Assist with sorting/distributing pay checks and preparing pay status reports.
• Distribute 1099s and W-2s; support stipend deadlines and inquiries via Zendesk.
