About This Opportunity

We are looking to add an early-career Payroll Administrator/Coordinator to join our Global Payroll Services team! If you are someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn and grow from seasoned payroll leaders, and is wanting to jump-start your professional journey, you are the person we want to talk to! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for more experience in Human Resources, specifically on a Payroll team.

In this role, you will gain experience working within multiple global payroll systems while supporting our payroll processing. You will be an integral part of the team as we continue to refine processes and tooling. You will also have the opportunity to partner with HRIS and other back-office HR teams as we continue to build out automation, refine reporting and take on a number of other exciting tasks and initiatives.


Responsibilities

You will support our current Global Payroll team, which consists of strong subject matter experts in the US and international markets. You will be responsible for a number of support functions, working directly with the team to process biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly global payroll schedules. This is a highly collaborative role, while also allowing for strong independent work in a remote environment.

While not an all-inclusive list, a number of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Polling electronic time clocks and reviewing the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy.
  • Contacting and coordinating with various department supervisors to capture any missed time reported.
  • Compiling internal management reports from payroll system software.
  • Responding to employee/management inquiries from various sources including email, instant messages, and other ticketing systems
  • Additional duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within an HR/Payroll department preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to continually enhance understanding of payroll process requirements within a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills (analytical aptitude)
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong oral communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Additional proficiency in using other Microsoft software applications (Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • Strong written communication skills that ensure the concise and accurate delivery of information
  • Experience developing and maintaining organized work habits that ensure the effective management of workflow and deliverable requirements
