The Recruiter ensures that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. This position is responsible for working with various clients to assess hiring needs and interview candidates for positions.Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
Actively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates with hiring managers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
Provide interview details to candidates, including format, participants, and expectations.
Candidate Experience Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering questions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Background Checks & Compliance:
Initiate and monitor background check processes in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of completed background checks and follow up on any pending results.
Equipment Ordering & Onboarding Preparation:
Coordinate with internal teams (IT, HR, Facilities) to ensure necessary equipment and access are set up for new hires.
Communicate onboarding details to new hires and guide them through the initial setup process.
Offer Management:
Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, providing clear details on compensation, benefits, and role expectations.
Manage offer negotiations and ensure a smooth acceptance process.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and selection criteria.
Provide regular updates and insights on the recruitment pipeline and market trends.
Reporting & Data Management:
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
Monitor and analyze hiring metrics to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Performs routine assignments in the entry level of the Professional Career Band. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Develops competence by performing structured work assignments. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.
