Job summary

Toppenish Central Administration in Toppenish, WA, is seeking a Payroll Supervisor for Compliance & Reconciliation to lead payroll governance, audits, and regulatory adherence within a community health setting. This role manages payroll controls and collaborates across HR, Finance, and IT.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR, IS or related field.
• Four years of payroll experience with emphasis in compliance, audit, reconciliation, payroll tax administration, internal controls, or payroll operations.
• Two years of lead, supervisory, or team coordination experience.
• FPC or CPP certification preferred.
• Experience leading payroll compliance, governance, audit readiness, and payroll controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external payroll audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Lead reporting and analytics to support leadership decisions and process improvements.
• Supervise payroll staff and coordinate with HR, Finance, IT on payroll systems and governance.
