Qualifications

• Four years of experience as a financial analyst or similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills; Access or similar database experience preferred.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and accurate in data work.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models and reports regarding compensation and benefits.
• Analyze payroll variance for monthly financial statements.
• Prepare detailed compensation reports for executive management.
• Assist with budgeting for compensation and benefits.
• Initiate ACH/Wire transactions and assist with bank reconciliations.
• Research, analyze, and recommend process improvements.
• Serve as a back-up for payroll processing and other accounting duties.
