Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred with 2 years payroll experience
• Experience with multi-state payroll tax
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficient in data entry and office software

Responsibilities

• Enter timesheet data and compute earnings owed to employees
• Maintain payroll files (filing, scanning, shredding)
• Enter off-cycle payments as required
• Maintain and review employee garnishments
• Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist payroll staff with data maintenance
• Prepare payroll mailings to business units
• Assist with payroll projects and initiatives
• Handle income verification requests
• Set up and maintain weekly employee master data
