Responsibilities

• Process and post all payroll transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain payroll records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Calculate and distribute paychecks, including direct deposits and paper checks.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including W-2s, 1099s, and other required forms.
• Assist in payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Provide payroll support to department managers and employees as needed.
• Participate in payroll audits and reconciliations as required.
