Responsibilities

• Process district payrolls including regular, supplemental, substitute, stipend, and retroactive payments.
• Maintain payroll records and calculate gross pay, deductions, and net pay.
• Prepare payroll registers and warrants for review and approval.
• Prepare treasurer reports and assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
