Job summary

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Officer to join the client’s People Support Department based in Kraaifontein. The successful candidate will ensure accurate, timeous payroll processing for hourly and salaried staff, while administering benefits, leave and related HR systems.

Responsibilities include loading employees in SAGE 300 People, handling terminations, reconciling payroll data and supporting managers with payroll inquiries.

Qualifications

• 3 years' payroll experience
• Experience with SAGE 300 People
• Hourly and salaried payroll processing
• Intermediate Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payrolls for hourly and salaried staff.
• Administer payroll, benefits and leave systems accurately.
• Handle payroll deductions and additional earnings.
• Load new employees and update terminations in SAGE 300 People.
