State Farm Agency seeks a Benefits & Payroll Coordinator to support payroll, PTO, benefits and related records within a fast-paced insurance and financial services environment. You will help maintain accurate records, assist with onboarding, and ensure timely, confidential handling of financial and HR data.

The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping, payroll or administrative accounting preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and follow-through skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, digital file management, and office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll preparation, reimbursements, and related reporting
• Track employee PTO, unpaid time off, and attendance records
• Monitor and reconcile commissions and chargebacks
• Maintain organized digital employee and financial records
• Assist with onboarding and benefits administration support
• Support CPA and bookkeeping partners with requested documentation and reporting
• Reconcile accounts, expenses, and financial transactions
• Help improve operational systems, workflows, and administrative processes
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness across all financial and HR-related tasks
