Our client in Cohasset, MA is seeking an experienced payroll and benefits admin to join their team. This position plays a critical role in overseeing compensation processing and employee benefits management across the organization.

  • 30 hours a week
  • Direct-Hire
  • 100% onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate records using Paylocity
  • Administer employee benefits, including health, retirement, and wellness plans
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax regulations, and benefits requirements
  • Respond to employee questions related to pay and benefits
  • Support audits and collaborate with HR/Finance on reporting and planning

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience managing payroll cycles and benefits plans
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as Paylocity or similar tools
  • Knowledge of tax laws, employment regulations, and benefits compliance
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong discretion
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
