Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in people operations, HRIS, payroll, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of processes, compliance, and data management.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Paylocity a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Benefits Management: Own payroll and benefits services for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• HRIS Management: Maintain HRIS data integrity, access, and reporting; train managers and employees as needed.
• Leave Management: Administer and oversee leave programs with accurate tracking and compliance.
• Compliance, Audits & Customer Surveys: Support policies, coordinate audits, and analyze survey results.
• DOT Oversight: Coordinate with third-party administrator for regulatory compliance.
• Cost Metrics: Develop and monitor people-related cost metrics and KPI’s; prepare leadership reports.
