Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll accounting concepts, general ledger reconciliations, payroll tax accounting and internal controls.
• Five years of progressive payroll and benefits administration experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with UKG Workforce Management and UKG Pro or comparable HRIS/payroll systems.
• Certification such as CPP, CEBS, SHRM-CP, PHR or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day payroll processing activities and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate benefits administration including enrollment and open enrollment.
• Monitor payroll withholdings, tax filings, and year‑end reporting.
• Lead payroll and benefits staff and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain HRIS/payroll system configurations and support audits.
