Canopy Children's Solutions in Jackson, MS, is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to lead payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will supervise payroll and benefits staff, coordinate month-end closes, support grants and audits, and provide exceptional service to employees, aligned with Canopy's mission to help children thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5 years payroll and benefits administration experience.
• 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• CPP/CEBS/SHRM-CP/PHR or similar certification preferred.
• Experience with UKG Workforce Management and UKG Pro.

Responsibilities

• Oversee biweekly payroll processing and related accounting.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment, eligibility, and changes.
• Coordinate open enrollment and regulatory filings.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and system configurations.
• Ensure payroll tax compliance and year-end reporting.
• Support audits and grants-related payroll activities.
