TENEX.AI is seeking an HR Generalist based in Overland Park, KS to lead payroll, benefits, and employer tax administration. You will own multi-state payroll, assist with tax registrations, and manage benefits programs in a fast-moving startup environment.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, answer HR questions, and help scale processes as the company grows. This role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and teamwork in a dynamic culture.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of hands-on US payroll and benefits administration.
• Experience setting up state payroll tax registrations (SIT/SUI) and handling agency notices.
• Experience owning benefits administration and monthly invoice reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Own US payroll end-to-end, multi-state, including off-cycles and year-end:**W-2s and reconciliations**.
• Manage employer tax accounts and filings as we scale.
• Oversee US benefits plans, enrollments, COBRA, and vendor coordination.
• Reconcile monthly carrier invoices against enrollment and payroll deductions.
• Provide payroll support for team members via EOR partner in Rippling.
